The salad from this ultra-modern cafe in the midst of Kyoto’s ancient temples

I just randomly stumbled across it, but Shuiro eat&craft was, unexpectedly, one of the culinary highlights of Kyoto for me. The salad — which the server specifically recommended — is just a simple array of veggies, but so delicious.
