Seafood in the Scottish Isles

The pic is from the Isle of Harris Brewery, which has truly incredible food. Langoustines are my absolute favorite, but if you’re lucky enough to be in the Outer Hebrides, I can’t recommend enough making the most of whatever seafood is in season; fish and chips pretty much anywhere is a winner, and the mussels at the Boat Shed in Stornoway are wonderful, too. I haven’t had lobster there, but I am quite certain it would also be to die for.
