My favorite meal I’ve ever had — in Hue, Vietnam

I’ve never in my life insisted on eating only at one place for the rest of a holiday before, except for at Maison Trang. Food in central Vietnam is to die for, but bánh bèo is — at least for me — the culinary highlight.
