Estate sale knives

Honestly, I’ve gotten some of my favorite knives at estate sales (specifically, the fourth and fifth from the right in the pic). Kitchen stuff doesn’t usually seem to be very heavily picked over at estate sales, so you can find some real gems.

I also really adore the second knife from the right, which was a gift and is a Tojiro nakiri, and the leftmost knife, which is a sadly now-discontinued Lamson rosewood paring knife — you can still find them on eBay!
